Our Cancellation Policy

The Cancellation Policies listed below apply to all reservations unless the tour booked has Specific Offers listed under “Special Offers”. Please carefully read our Cancellation, Refund policies of your trip prior to Cancellation.

6th Day to the Start of Trip/Event
40% of total purchase amount will be refunded
7th Day from 15thDay to the Start of Trip/Event
60% of total purchase amount will be refunded
16th Day to the Start of Trip/Event
75% of total purchase amount will be refunded
Cancellation on a Trip Rescheduled by Self
25% of total purchase amount will be refunded
Cancellation on Trip Postponed by Stoneage Adventures
100% of total purchase amount will be refunded

Why Cancel when you can ReSchedule ?

Please note that cancellation fees are calculated based on the date cancellation request is made.

All cancellations must be made directly with Stoneage Adventures website Only.

All Refunds Will be made to the account either through Bank Transfer or through any of the Digital payments method available with Stoneage Adventures to the customer or to the account requested by the customer only when contacted through any of the details provided by customer like phone number, email id provided while booking. And all requests made through the provided contact medium alone will be considered and accepted regardless of who requested for it. And all such refunds will be made within 21 days after the start date of the event counting from the start date.

To Cancel any of your Booked events mail us at cancel@stoneageadventures.com with your Booking id, Email id, Mobile number, Details of the Event Booked.
